Cogan Safegarde sheet metal partitions offer the same trusted protection as our wire mesh enclosures with the added benefit of complete privacy. Made from heavy-duty corrugated steel panels framed in 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” x 12GA structural angle, sheet metal partitions are an excellent way to divide and secure large areas in your plant or warehouse.

If additional privacy or noise reduction is required, Cogan heavy-duty Lexan panels can be added to your partition cage configuration. These highly durable, transparent sheets provide added security while still maintaining an open field of vision. Your facility will remain in clear view and your employees kept safe. There are many ways to incorporate Lexan panels in your design: on the top or bottom half of the partition for added protection without loss of visibility, or along the full-height of the partition for total transparency. You can also mix and match these combinations to create an entirely custom configuration. Either way, sturdy Lexan panels are built 3/16” thick to withstand the wear and tear of any industrial environment.

All Cogan Safegarde sheet metal panels and Lexan structural angle frames are sealed in a grey or blue powder-coated paint finish for maximum wear-resistance. Custom colours and sizes are also available upon request.
