Space Shuttle Exhibition Platform

Boldly going where no mezz has gone before…

As the NASA space shuttle Enterprise made its epic journey up the East Coast to its new home at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City, Paul Sutherland knew exactly what he had to do. The Intrepid Museum was building a brand new pavilion to house the exciting exhibit when Paul was approached to work on the project. “A big portion of the job was being able to meet their deadlines”, Paul said, and there was only one vendor that he knew could deliver a fully-custom mezzanine at warp speed. A single phone call to John Lambert, Cogan’s VP of Sales, was all it took to get the project in motion. In less than a month, Cogan designed, manufactured and delivered a custom-built mezzanine that would provide museum-goers with an impressive panoramic view of the space shuttle. With Paul on-site to supervise the installation, the project ran like clockwork. “Cogan is the only vendor I use for mezzanines”, Paul said, “I never have any problems”. Whether you need an exhibition platform like the one at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in NYC, or you want to create an observation gateway or tradeshow platform, a Cogan mezzanine will make the most of your overhead space. Like NASA, Cogan is proud to raise the bar and act as a leader, not a follower!
